Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or issue replacements in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

  • Incorrect Items: If the product you received is not what you ordered.

Please Note:

  • As all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes in preference. Please double-check your order details before placing your order.

Time Frame for Returns

  • Requests for returns, replacements, or refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Contact Us: Email us at tnt@spontooneoushub.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product.

  3. Our Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps.

Resolution Options

Once your return or replacement is approved, we will:

  • Reprint and Resend: For defective or incorrect items, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Refund: In certain cases, we may offer a full or partial refund if a replacement is not possible.

Return Shipping

  • No Need to Return: For most defective or incorrect items, you do not need to return the product. We aim to resolve issues without causing additional inconvenience.

  • Customer Responsibility: In rare cases where a return is required, customers will be provided with instructions. Return shipping costs will be covered if the issue is deemed our responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items purchased on clearance or during special sales.

Additional Notes

  • Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the production process. These are not considered defects.

  • If your package is lost or delayed during transit, please contact us so we can assist with locating or replacing your order.
